Redcliff Realty Group - New Sudbury Centre

New Sudbury Centre, Northern Ontario's largest and most fashion forward shopping centre, features 110 stores and services. The centre has recently undergone an extensive redevelopment resulting in more shopping choices than ever before. Owned by Redcliff Realty Group, the New Sudbury Centre is always setting the trend and using the latest marketing techniques to increase mall traffic, and make the overall shopping experience a memorable one! What was needed The New Sudbury Centre needed a concept developed for the 2010 year that would generate interest and excitement surrounding New Sudbury Centre, increase store traffic, build awareness of the stores, services and contests, expand the Centers' e-newsletter mailing base, and remind the target audience(s) of everything that it has to offer throughout the year.

The Solution

Having worked with the New Sudbury Centre as the Agency of Record for over 5 years, Creative Odyssey developed a generic campaign for the 2010 year to generate brand awareness and expand the New Sudbury Centre consumer base. The campaign was based on the idea “What’s Your Brand?”, and the campaign elements were specific to each season, aligning with the generic “What’s Your Brand” premise and the question it posed to the target markets. The overall question posed to the target audience(s) led them to answer the question by defining their own personal brand, using each of the New Sudbury Centres' tenants to piece their own brand together. Creative Odyssey designed and developed all of the campaigns physical and creative elements, including;
