Creative Odyssey Disclaimer

Ownership
Ownership to Promotional Material and Copyright to the finished assembled work produced by Creative Odyssey Marketing and Design Inc. shall be vested with the Client upon final payment for the project.

Design Credit
Client agrees that the Creative Odyssey Marketing and Design Inc. may put a line on all promotional material establishing design and development credit. Client also agrees that the material created for the Client may be included in the Creative Odyssey Marketing and Design Inc. portfolio.

Nondisclosure
Creative Odyssey Marketing and Design Inc., its employees and subcontractors agree that, except as directed by the Client, will not at any time during or after the term of this Agreement disclose any Confidential Information to any person whatsoever. Likewise, the Client agrees that it will not convey any confidential information obtained about Creative Odyssey Marketing and Design Inc. to another party.
